Well-Deserved Garden Storage Shed Donated by Heartland Sheds to Support Military Veterans.
The organization H.O.O.V.E.S. (Healing Of Our Veterans Equine Service) was established in 2011. The organizations’ founder Amanda Held is a US Air Force veteran who has personally overcome PTSD, anxiety and other transitional challenges. Her program now helps other veterans in need through interactions with horses and therapeutic gardening on the farm.
GARDENING SHED TO THE RESCUE
When Heartland Sheds was notified that the organization needed a shed to store lawn and garden tools for activities centered around therapeutic gardening, we jumped right in. Our only questions were, what size and when can we come and install it for you?
We delivered and installed an 8×12 shed that has plenty of space to store garden equipment. This gardening shed for the veteran’s farm garden will help H.O.O.V.E.S continue their extremely important work, helping military veterans continue their healing process by connecting with the earth and caring for, harvesting and eating the fresh fruits and vegetables.
THE MOST IMPORTANT SHED WE HAVE EVER BUILT
We completely support this cause. This is a group of people that couldn’t be more deserving. We’re truly inspired by these brave men and women and how they’re able to carry on after so much hardship. This wood shed will provide years of organization for their garden tools and we have so much pride in knowing we could help. This is truly the most important shed we’ve ever built.
